As a single mom of four, born and raised in Peoria, I’ve learned how to balance all aspects of life with grace. One thing that has remained constant throughout my life is my passion for food, the outdoors, nature, and crafting. I am currently finishing my degree, twenty years after initially starting it. It is my dream to utilize my culinary arts degree to create delicious, locally sourced, and sustainable meals that bring people together.
